Questions

How do I pay?: Checkout runs on Pesapal. Pay with MTN Mobile Money, Airtel Money, Visa or Mastercard. Your plan activates as soon as the payment clears.
Is there a contract?: No. Each payment covers one month. Paying again before it ends extends your plan by another month.
Do tenants ever pay landlords through Tenalord?: No. Rent and deposits are agreed directly with the landlord after you've viewed the home. Never pay anyone before a viewing.
Can I get a refund?: Yes, for duplicate charges, a plan that didn't activate, or a verification we never reviewed, if you ask within 14 days. The refund policy has the details. Read the refund policy
Why does verification cost extra?: Every request is checked by a person against the National ID and a live selfie. The monthly fee covers that review and keeps the badge meaningful.
