How can we help?

Write to us about your account, a payment, verification or a listing. A real person replies within one working day.

Before you write

Never pay before viewing
Landlords on Tenalord never need payment before you've seen the home. If someone asks, stop and report it.
Report a listing
Use “Report this listing” at the bottom of any listing page. It goes straight to our moderation queue.
Billing questions
Include the Pesapal reference from your receipt email so we can find the payment quickly.
